Rita focuses on problem-solving surrounding retirement income strategies, insurance planning, budgeting, estate planning, and the emotional-financial connection. She advocates aligning your values and dreams with your actions.
Darlene Jenkins

Darlene Jenkins is a native of Washington, D.C., who is an insurance professional and public relations liaison for the firm. A licensed insurance agent since 1990, Darlene is one of two trainers with ABS Retirement Solutions, and has earned the Certified Estate Planner professional designation.

Originally hailing from the Washington Metropolitan Area, Robert is a person with many strengths. One of his greatest assets lies in his unwavering dedication to our clients.

As a proud Washington, D.C. native, Carvin combines deep-rooted local values with extensive professional expertise. A graduate of Penn State University, Carvin earned both Bachelor's and Master's degrees, showcasing a commitment to academic excellence. During Carvin’s time at Penn State, he excelled not only in the classroom but also on the basketball court—holding the University's basketball rebound record to this day!
